The Harpoon 5-Miler in South Boston is not just a race—it’s a celebration of community, fitness, and hope. This annual event brings together runners, volunteers, and supporters from all walks of life to raise critical funds for two important charities: The Angel Fund for ALS Research 🧠💙 and the Peter Frates Family Foundation 🙌. Over the years, the race has raised over $3 million for the cure and care of ALS, making a real impact in the fight against this devastating disease. Participants will race through the vibrant streets of South Boston 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️, all while supporting groundbreaking ALS research and honoring the legacy of Peter Frates, whose battle with ALS inspired the global Ice Bucket Challenge 🧊💧.
